Нијагарините водопади замрзнати по втор пат зимава

Милиони литри каскадна вода се замрзнати од горчливо ниските температури.
По втор пат од поларната зима која го зафати североисточниот дел на САД, Нијагарините водопади запреа со шест милиони кубни метри вода, кои во нормални услови паѓаат секоја минута.
